Does all boards have fins?

Every board has different specifications. While some come with fins, others don’t. Please refer to the product description to know the details. 

How should I handle my Surfboard/SUP/Paddle

SUP, Surf, and Paddle, all are fragile equipment made of fine materials. You should give it a freshwater wash when you feel it needs cleaning or after certain periods. After that you can allow it to dry in the shade or use a cloth to wipe down all the water particles. Avoid storing the equipment in a car on a hot sunny day and also never leave it in direct sunlight for long periods. Excessive heat can damage your equipment even in small amounts. Always use a board cover to keep it safe from different weather conditions and other elements.

How can I amend my order?

All amendments and alterations are possible only before confirming the payment. Once you do the payment, you cannot amend your order. However, you can try contacting our customer support immediately after the order and we will help you in every way possible. Otherwise, we recommend you to check your cart carefully before checking out.

How long it takes for an order to reach?

We ship all the orders from Monday to Friday. We do not ship nor deliver during holidays or weekends. 

Most of the orders placed on The Storm Store’s are shipped within 24 hours. We ship globally and most of our orders take 2-15 days. You will be provided with a tracking code for your shipment on your registered email alongside order confirmation once your order leaves our warehouse.

Why my order has not arrived?

In case your order has not arrived even after the estimated delivery date, you are always welcome to get in touch with us. But before that, make sure you try:

  • Checking the tracking details received in the confirmation email and contact the courier provider to get an estimated delivery date.
  • Sign in to your My Account at our website and confirm if you have entered the correct contact number and address for delivery.  
  • Checking all our emails and text messages to find if there is an attempted delivery mail/message from one of our carrier partners received or not. Your package may have reached at your nearest post office and all you need to do is rearrange delivery.
  • Check if someone else has accepted the order on your behalf such as your other family members, neighbours, or friends.

If you still can’t find your product, please leave us an email directly, or through our Contact form. Please do not forget to MENTION YOUR ORDER NUMBER in the mail. We will get in touch with your very shortly. In case we found that your order has been delayed more than expected, we will arrange a replacement or refund for you immediately. 

Why I cannot access your website?

The issue generally comes from different web browsers such as Chrome, Safari, Firfox, Internet, Explorer etc. You can try switching browsers or clear cookies and cache to resolve the accessibility or other website-related issues.

We do not get downtimes on our website that often but in case we do, we will inform you prior to the downtime.

What if I receive an incorrect/faulty item?

We believe in offering the highest quality of service to our customers. In case you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact our Customer Support team immediately.
